  • Squid balls
  • Chicken liver 50 grams
  • Carrot 1 small
  • Cabbage quarter
  • Red bell pepper
  • Celery chopped
  • Spring onion chopped
  • One onion chopped
  • Garlic 3 cloves
  • 5-6 cups chicken broth
  • Oyster sauce 1 tablespoon
  • Soy sauce 2 tablespoon
  • Knorr seasoning 2 tablespoon
  • Vinegar 1 tablespoon
  • 3 eggs
  • Chicharon (pork rinds)

Cooking Instructions :

Prepare Meat & Vegetables :

  • To begin your cooking process, start by preparing your vegetables. First, mince some garlic and onion. Then, slice carrots and red bell pepper, along with cutting celery, spring onion, and cabbage into appropriate sizes.
  • Once the vegetables are ready, move on to preparing the meat. Place chicken pieces on a cutting board and cut them into small, even pieces. Additionally, devein the shrimp and chop the liver as needed.
  • In a separate bowl, add chicharron and crush it using a pestle. With all the ingredients prepped, you’re now ready to start cooking.

Cook Ingredients :

  • To prepare this dish, begin by pouring water into a cooking pot and adding noodles. Cook the noodles until they are fully done, then set them aside for later use.
  • Next, take a pan and add a suitable amount of oil. Once the oil is heated, add chopped onion and minced garlic. Sauté these ingredients until they achieve a golden brown color. At this point, incorporate pieces of chicken into the pan. Stir the mixture well and season with salt.
  • As the chicken cooks, observe for a color change; it should transform from pink to white. Once this occurs, add squid balls, liver, and shrimp to the pan. Stir the ingredients for a few minutes, allowing the flavors to meld before adding black pepper for seasoning.
  • Following this, pour chicken broth into the pan and enhance the flavor with oyster sauce, Knorr seasoning, soy sauce, and vinegar. Cover the pan with a lid and let it cook for a few minutes to allow the flavors to develop.
  • After a few minutes, remove the lid and add the pre-cooked noodles, along with chopped carrots and cabbage. Stir everything together and let it cook for an additional two minutes.
  • To thicken the mixture, prepare a liquid by mixing 2 tablespoons of cornstarch with half a cup of water. Add this mixture to the pan, ensuring to stir regularly to prevent lumps from forming.
  • Finally, incorporate sliced bell pepper and celery into the dish. Beat a few eggs and pour them into the soup gradually while stirring gently to create egg ribbons. Allow the dish to simmer for one more minute before serving.
