Ingredients :

  • One 75g package of Noodles 
  • Two tablespoons of vegetable oil.
  • One tablespoon Garlic paste.
  • Two cloves.
  • 1 cup of mixed vegetables (Cabbage, carrots beans etc)
  • 160-170g of meat Chicken (may use beef, shrimp)
  • Salt for taste

Sauce Optional :

  • Two teaspoons soya sauce
  • One teaspoon of Oyster sauce

Garnish :

  • Chilli flakes
  • Chopped green onions

Cooking Instructions :

  • First, boil the noodles following the instructions on the package. Once they’re ready, just drain any excess water, add a spoonful of oil, and set them aside.
  • Go ahead and heat up two tablespoons of oil over medium heat. Then, toss in some garlic, onions, and cloves, and stir-fry them until the onions are nice and soft with a light brown color.
  • Next, add your favorite vegetables and some meat to the pan with the oil and stir-fry for about six to nine minutes. Once the meat is no longer raw, add the boiled noodles to the mix.
  • Don’t forget to add soy sauce, oyster sauce, and some yummy spices like chili flakes and black pepper. Let it cook for about two to three minutes. After that, garnish with some chopped green onions, and your delicious recipe will be ready. Serve it hot and enjoy your meal.
