  • 1 package (500g) spaghetti or pasta of your choice
  • 1 lb (460g) beef
  • 1 onion, (chopped)
  • 1 red bell pepper, (chopped)
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 22 oz (630g) tomato sauce
  • 610 ml water
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Quarter bunch parsley, (chopped)
  • 1½ teaspoons salt
  • Half a teaspoon of black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano 
  • With 2 tablespoons of olive oil glistening in a large pan, add the ground beef and let it sizzle over high heat until it transforms into a beautifully browned base.
  •  As you stir occasionally, invite chopped onion, vibrant red or green bell peppers, and fragrant minced garlic to join the party, cooking for 4-5 minutes until they soften and meld together.
