  • 20 quail eggs 
  • 4 tablespoon butter
  • 3 tablespoons minced garlic 
  • 4 cups mixed vegetables (you can use a frozen vegetable pack)
  • 1 cup table cream
  • 2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Cooking Instructions :

  • To begin, pour water into a cooking pan and add all the eggs. Next, turn on the heat and place the cooking pan on the stovetop. Wait for the water to reach a boil over medium heat. 
  • Once the eggs are boiling, turn off the heat and allow the pot to sit for up to 5 minutes. This step is essential for safety, as handling boiling eggs or water can result in burns. 
  • After 5 minutes, use caution to remove the eggs from the boiling water and place them in a bowl filled with cold water. When the eggs are cool enough to handle, shell them and transfer them to a bowl.
  • Take a separate pan, add butter, and heat it until melted, which should only take a few minutes. Once the butter has melted, add minced garlic and cook until it turns golden brown. 
  • Next, introduce frozen vegetables, ensuring they are defrosted if using frozen variety. Cover the pan and allow the vegetables to cook for 5 to 6 minutes. After 5 minutes, add the peeled quail eggs and table cream, mixing well. Season with salt and pepper and continue cooking for a few additional minutes.
