Ingredients :

  • One cup of Canton Noodles
  • One cup of Bihon Noodles

  • One onion chopped

  • 1 cup of Pork, Chicken, beef, or shrimp

Serving options :

  • Soya sauce
  • Oyster Sauce
  • Black pepper and salt

Cooking Instructions :

  • To prepare this dish, start by boiling the noodles according to the instructions provided on the package. 
  • While the noodles are cooking, heat a cup of oil in a pan over medium heat.  
  • Next, for added flavor, stir-fry chopped garlic and onion in the heated oil until they become soft. 
  • After that, select your favorite vegetables and add them to the pan, stir-frying until their raw taste is cooked out.
  • Once the vegetables are ready, include the chopped chicken and continue to stir-fry for about two to three minutes.  
  • After the chicken is properly cooked, incorporate the boiled noodles into the protein and vegetable mixture. 
  • Cover the pan and let it cook for an additional two to three minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.
  • Finally, season the dish with your preferred sauce, along with black pepper and salt. Your flavorful noodle dish is now ready to be served.
