Transform the chicken wings into a breathtaking dish! Begin by cutting them into three pieces—the wingette and drumette will create a stunning lollipop presentation, while the wingtips can be set aside for future culinary adventures or to enrich a homemade chicken stock.

  • 1 kg (2.2 pounds) of chicken wings
  • Crispy Panko Breadcrumbs (approximately 1 ½ cups)
  • 2 Large Eggs, Beaten
  • All-purpose flour (Half cup)
  • Salt to your choice
  • Half teaspoon black pepper (ground)
  • Vegetable Oil for Frying (2 cups)
  • To prepare the chicken wings, first segment each wing into three distinct parts. Focus on the wingette and drumette portions to construct lollipop-like structures, following the guidelines provided above. Set aside the wingtip for future use.
  • The wingette, which contains two bones, requires the removal of the smaller bone. Subsequently, employ the same technique utilized for the drumette to transform the wingette into a lollipop shape.
  • To prepare the chicken lollipops, begin by seasoning them with salt and pepper once they are ready. Allow the seasoned lollipops to rest for 20 minutes to enhance the flavor.
  • Next, in a separate bowl, crack the eggs and whisk them thoroughly. Gradually incorporate all-purpose flour while continuing to whisk until you obtain a smooth batter.
